Entity Identification & Acceptance of Agreement
This End-User Licensing Agreement and Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding electronic contract between you (the "User", "Purchaser", or "Customer") and E-Books Digital Publishing Inc., a registered publishing enterprise having operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("E-Books", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website (ebooks.io or affiliated portals), purchasing digital publications, creating an account, or downloading any file formats (.pdf, .epub, .mobi, source archives), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly agree to be bound by this Agreement in full accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Digital Product Grant of License
Upon receipt of verified payment confirmation, E-Books grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable (solely for cause of material breach), worldwide, perpetual digital license to:
- Download, store, and view the eBook on personal devices (tablets, laptops, phones, e-readers).
- Maintain offline backup copies strictly for personal archiving and disaster recovery.
- Apply the business frameworks, conversion blueprints, and code templates contained within your own commercial or private enterprise projects.
User Accounts, Security & Electronic Signatures
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login tokens, and order lookup identifiers. Any digital transaction originated under your authenticated email shall be deemed by E-Books as authorized by you under Section 10A of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 regarding electronic agreements.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into financial transactions under applicable municipal law.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership
All literary text, typography, chapter compositions, cover graphics, bespoke illustrations, structural schematics, and code snippets included in E-Books publications remain the exclusive intellectual property of E-Books Digital Publishing Inc. and its contributing authors.
Your purchase confers a license to consume and reference, not an assignment of ownership or copyright transfer. All rights not expressly granted herein remain strictly reserved.
Prohibited Uses & Anti-Piracy Covenants
You expressly agree that you shall NOT:
- Re-upload, broadcast, mirror, or distribute our publications via torrent networks, public cloud links, unauthorized online channels, or digital reselling platforms.
- Sublicense, lease, rent, or redistribute access to digital download links to unauthorized third parties.
- Scrape or mass-extract book text for the commercial training or fine-tuning of machine learning and large language models without prior written licensing agreement.
- Remove or obscure any digital cryptographic watermarks, author attribution signatures, or copyright notices embedded within the distributed files.
Transparent Pricing & Digital Receipt Delivery
Prices are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) with zero hidden fees, convenience charges, or surprise renewals. All purchasers receive an official purchase confirmation and direct download access immediately upon checkout.
Digital Product Delivery, Pre-Download Cancellation & Non-Refundable Download Policy (RBI Guidelines)
In accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) consumer directives and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 governing irrevocable digital deliverables:
- Pre-Download Cancellation (100% Refundable within 24 Hours): If you initiated a transaction in error, encountered a duplicate charge, or have NOT downloaded or accessed the DRM-free eBook deliverable (.pdf / .epub) from your account vault, you have the statutory right to request a full 100% order cancellation and refund within 24 hours of payment. Requests must be submitted via Gmail to support@ebookshubx.com along with your Transaction ID.
- Post-Download Irrevocability (Strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable): Once the digital deliverable file has been downloaded to your device or accessed, electronic delivery is legally fulfilled and final. Because DRM-free digital files cannot be recalled, returned, or un-consumed, orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances following download.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our eBooks provide educational frameworks, engineering blueprints, and strategic insights. While authored with rigorous editorial standards, content is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of specific commercial outcomes or business profitability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E-Books' cumulative aggregate liability arising from any order shall in no circumstance exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for that individual digital publication.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and conclusively resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Subject to arbitration, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability, Complete Agreement & Amendments
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable statute, such invalidity shall not render the entire Agreement invalid, and such provision shall be severed and construed to best accomplish the initial objectives.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms periodically. Substantive amendments will be notified via email or a prominent banner update on our portal. Continued use following publication of changes signifies your affirmative assent.
